I’m interested in helping people understanding how their own body works and feels, allowing space for self-inquiry, personal exploration and the not so odd giggle.
I am the founder of WorkBalance, a wellbeing project thought to deliver holistic sessions, wellbeing education, and strategy directly to corporate companies and wellness events.
I teach private sessions online and in person. Weekly group classes at high-end London boutique studios, organise and teach sell-out international yoga & mindfulness retreats.
I have been dedicated to movement since the early days. I am a former professional ballet dancer. I had a 7 year career in ballet performing internationally, in companies such has the Bavarian State Ballet and the National Ballet of Portugal in Lisbon. I continued my career in London where I performed in theatres such as Sadler’s Wells, signed with W Model Management and appeared in modelling campaigns such as Reebok Fitness, Heineken, yoga for Ted Baker and an appearance on Vogue Italia too.
My hectic freelance London life brought me to yoga which taught me the importance of mindfulness in my movement practice and life. I fell in love with it, with the breath, the present moment, and the sense of community. After completing my first yoga teacher training I have been teaching across London at high-end studios and have worked privately with clients or brands.
To specialise in mobility training and to fulfil some of my anatomy curiosity I have certified in Functional Range Conditioning, completed a course on yoga therapeutics with Amy Ippoliti and have become an Animal flow instructor.
My teaching style takes inspiration from my constantly growing movement research and background. I am always committed to refining my teaching method both as a movement coach and student. My love for my job, movement, and people is constantly growing and never-ending.
I currently teach weekly at Third Space London, I am the founder of a project called WorkBalance delivering holistic practices to corporate clients such as Soho House London, I program and organise yoga & mindfulness retreats abroad.
