As a former professional ballet dancer, my career depended on mastering strength and flexibility. After becoming a certified yoga and mobility specialist, I shifted my passion for movement into coaching. What I discovered was eye-opening to me: 80% of my clients joined my classes to address daily aches and pains—whether from intense training in weightlifting, running, and various sports, or from a lack of movement altogether.
The common thread? They were all missing the mobility needed for key movements. This led to aches, misalignments, poor posture, inefficient workouts, and even injuries over time.
That’s why I created this program—to give you with the tools to move with confidence and ease. Every workout in this course is thoughtfully designed with a deep understanding of human anatomy and movement, making them both accessible and highly effective. What to expect from ESSENTIAL
The program includes six full body mobility and flexibility workouts all inspired by the six fundamental poses of human movement: Shoelace, Saddle, Caterpillar, Dragonfly, Twist, and Dog. Targeting the FULL BODY.
If these poses sound intimidating, don’t worry. I’ve simplified them into more accessible, variations that anyone can master, regardless of their starting point.
The workouts are scheduled six times a week, each lasting under 10 minutes, making them the perfect addition to your current training and daily routines. ESSENTIAL comes in a downloadable PDF, which you can access forever. Each workout includes a follow along video easy to play or stream on any device. Each workout comes with detailed explanations of each exercise and an accountability calendar to keep track of your workouts.
