4 WEEK GROUP mobility programs




Commencing on Tue the 20th of April at 8 am  (4 x 50min sessions)

Lower Body Focus

Working on the hips, hamstrings, knees, ankles and feet.



Video recordings will be available if not attending

During the program we will be looking at: 

-joint health

-stretch and stabilisation

-postural alignment and anti-desk strategy

-body control 

-injury prevention

-physical longevity 


You will be invited to join our private IG page (@movingwithruben) where I share movement hacks and tips on how to take on board what we are working on.
