Hi, I'm Ruben De Monte
I am a former professional ballet dancer, certified yoga and mobility coach. I have studied yoga theraputicts and specialiesed in spine health with Yoga Medicne, a training body bridging the gap in between medicine and movement training.
I have also completed an intensive course on stress resilience.
For this program on my team i have onboarded ..... for nutritional advice and support.
